Phil is responsible for HPE Communications and Media Services (CMS) business globally. CMS is a software and services organization with over 5,000 staff delivering software and services for carriers around the world. CMS specializes in systems that support the networks, OSS and BSS systems of these carriers as they look to grow their businesses with the continued development of new technologies such as 5G and IoT.
 
Phil has held Executive positions with BT where he was the MD of BT Radianz & Trading Systems, Telstra where he was the CEO of CSL (Hong Kong’s leading mobile operator) and Vodafone where he ran the Enterprise Division of Vodafone in the UK with over $3bn in revenues and a team of 5,000. Phil lives in London, is married with children and occasionally completes triathlon events. In 2015 he completed the Kona World Ironman Championship raising $35k for charity.
