The democratization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) makes it easier for organizations to transform their business with AI. It wasn’t that long ago that applying AI to transform a business required a lot of technical expertise and hiring resources from a scarce talent pool. Let alone the expensive infrastructure to achieve such a feat. And something that only larger organizations can afford and justify as they are working on solving significant problems.

Every day, new users join a growing group of consumers of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. Innovative applications such as voice assistants, self-driving cars, smart cities are all contributing to the democratization of AI. The amount of data generated from those applications, as well as wireless devices such as phones and tablets, is staggering.
It is not difficult to see that the world looks different during the COVID-19 pandemic. No cure, no vaccine, and the chances of catching the virus are real. The assumption that things will go back to normal afterward is inaccurate and not practical.
